It’s a practice that combines physical control, mental clarity, and a deep connection with the underwater world. Whether you're exploring coral reefs, gliding alongside marine life, or simply experiencing the quiet beneath the waves, freediving offers a unique and peaceful way to experience the ocean. Our Intro to Freediving course is designed for beginners, focusing on safety, breath control, and foundational techniques to help you dive confidently and calmly.

The Wave 1 course is your entry point into the world of freediving. Designed for beginners, it teaches the core skills needed to dive safely and confidently on a single breath. Over several sessions—both in the classroom and in the water—you’ll learn about breathing techniques, equalization, safety protocols, and how to dive with control and relaxation.
Students will be introduced to static and dynamic apnea, along with open water sessions focusing on free immersion and constant weight diving. The course also covers freediving theory, physiology, and the importance of a buddy system.
By the end of Wave 1, you’ll be able to reach depths of up to 12–20 meters (40–66 feet), build breath-hold times of over a minute, and develop a solid foundation for deeper, more advanced diving.

The Wave 2 course is designed for certified freedivers ready to take their skills to the next level. This intermediate-level program builds on the foundations from Wave 1, introducing more advanced techniques for breath-hold, equalization, and depth adaptation.
You’ll refine your static and dynamic apnea, learn efficient finning and streamlining, and dive deeper using free immersion (FIM) and constant weight (CWT) disciplines. Greater emphasis is placed on mental focus, relaxation, and mastering the Frenzel equalization technique for deeper dives.
The course also expands your understanding of freediving physiology, dive response, and rescue procedures—preparing you to safely reach depths of up to 24–30 meters (79–98 feet).
